Your campus theatre dept and local television or radio stations seem like the most likely place to start if you are interested in being in front of the camera or presenting a public image.
While you are looking for work, do not forget to look closer to home. Your classmates, on campus acquaintances, professors etc, might have an interest in getting information about their work on a video or on youtube as an instructional video.
Offer your services to present their work in a professional or memorable way to help increase interest for them.
You could offer to help present an experiment, thesis, exhibit- get creative and put your information in front of your friends so you can spark their interest.
